Important Disclaimer regarding Device Compatibility & Safety: RevivePad products are sold as DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kits designed for use with your own third-party devices (e.g., Apple iPad). We do not sell iPads or tablets. While we offer guidance and safety features (such as iCharguard™), you acknowledge that installation and use of your device is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your personal devices (screens, batteries, etc.) that occurs during installation or use of our frame kit.
We have made every reasonable effort to display product colors and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be fully accurate. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis, and to limit quantities at our sole discretion. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. Any offer on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that product quality, Services, or other materials will meet your expectations, or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

In particular, RevivePad is not liable for any damage to your personal electronic devices (including iPads, tablets, or phones) resulting from the installation, use, or misuse of our frame kits.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 14 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevivePad and our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand—including reasonable attorneys' fees—made by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or any documents incorporated by reference, or from your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
