1. Overview

Delivering your order reliably and on time—wherever you are—is a priority for us. We ship to customers around the world every day and are committed to making the experience as smooth as possible.


2. Order Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery timeframe is the sum of the Processing Time and the Delivery Time.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery Time:

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery
Standard Express 5–12 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that while we do our best to meet these estimates, factors outside our control—such as customs clearance procedures or delays by local carriers—may occasionally affect delivery times.


3. Shipping Costs & Seasonal Surcharges

  • Standard Shipping: We're happy to offer free shipping to the vast majority of countries and regions we serve.

  • Holiday Season Surcharge (November – December): During the peak holiday period, carrier rates and logistics costs rise considerably. A small shipping fee may therefore apply to orders placed in November or December.

    • If applicable, this surcharge will not exceed $10 USD.
    • The exact amount will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

We work with experienced international logistics partners to help ensure smooth customs clearance. In most destination countries, customers typically do not face additional import charges upon delivery.

That said, customs regulations are set by local governments and are outside our control. Please take note of the following:

  • Country-Specific Requirements (e.g., South Korea, Brazil): Customs authorities in certain countries—including South Korea and Brazil—require recipients to submit a Personal Customs Code (PCC) or Tax ID (CPF) to clear shipments. Local import duties or taxes may also be applied.

  • Buyer's Responsibility: We always aim to choose shipping routes that minimize additional costs on your end. However, any import duties, taxes, or local sales charges imposed by your country's authorities are not included in our product price or shipping fee, and remain the buyer's responsibility. We appreciate your understanding of these local requirements.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to the following locations:

  • APO/FPO Military Addresses
  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • United States Minor Outlying Islands
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
