1. 30-Day Conditional Return Policy
Our Quality Promise: At RevivePad(Owned by SZZC TECH), we take complete ownership of the quality of every kit we send out. We stand firmly behind our work and are fully committed to making sure your device functions exactly as it should.
Why our return policy is limited: International returns are both logistically complicated and environmentally taxing. They frequently result in considerable financial loss and wasted resources for everyone involved. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate returns based on "change of mind" or without a legitimate quality-related concern.
Refund Without Return (For Issues We Cannot Resolve): Our first goal is always to get your device up and running. That said, if we conclude that a problem cannot be fixed by shipping replacement parts (as outlined in our Warranty section), a full refund will be issued — and in that case, you will not be required to send the defective product back to us.
A Note on DIY Products: The RevivePad kit includes consumable components that are integral to the assembly process (such as aluminum strips, spacers, and adhesive pads). Once the box has been opened and these components have been used or applied, the product is permanently changed and can no longer be restocked or resold.
As a result, we do not accept returns once the product has been unsealed, opened, or if any assembly has been attempted — unless the situation qualifies for the "Refund Without Return" condition described above.

2. 5-Year Quality Warranty (Repair-First Approach)
We have full confidence in the durability of our product. Should you experience any quality or functional issues within 5 years of your purchase, our approach prioritizes resolving the matter without asking you to ship anything back.
How the Warranty Works:
- Diagnosis & Replacement Parts: Once a defect is confirmed, we will work with you to fix it — including providing the necessary replacement parts at no cost to you.
- Shipping Fee: You will only be responsible for a flat-rate shipping fee for the parts, capped at $10 USD.
- Full Refund Guarantee: If we are unable to source the required parts, or if replacement parts do not restore proper functionality, a full refund will be issued — no return shipment required.
If your item arrives defective or gets damaged, please contact us immediately at hi@revivepad.com so we can assess the situation and make things right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Non-Defective Items: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as "no longer needed" or "purchased by mistake," due to the constraints of international shipping.
- Opened or Assembled Kits: As noted above, once the packaging is opened or any components (such as aluminum strips or spacers) have been used, the product cannot be returned unless it is defective and beyond repair.
- Custom or Personalized Products: Items made to order or customized to your specifications are non-returnable.
- Gift Cards.
4. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation required — provided the item remains in its original, sealed, and unopened condition. Please note that once the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal for this category of DIY product may no longer apply.
5. Refunds
Once a refund has been approved (applicable to unresolvable quality issues), you will be notified promptly. The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction on their end.
